Important Note

All refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of purchase. Refund requests after this period will not be considered.

  • After work has commenced: Partial refund based on work completed

3. Non-Refundable Items & Services

Digital Products

The following digital products are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Customized or personalized digital products
  • Products purchased during sales or promotional events
  • Subscription fees after the subscription period has started

Please Note

We do not provide refunds for change of mind or if you simply decide not to use the product after purchase.

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Digital Wallets: 2-3 business days
